The training school in computational genetics
is specifically tailored for plant biologists,
and open to early-career researchers, PhD
students, and postdocs with basic knowledge of
R and shell scripting.

  • Principles of experimental design
  • Introduction to quantitative genetics
  • Genome-wide association studies (GWAS)
  • Population stratification in genetic studies

Thursday, May 22nd

  • Functional annotations
  • From variant effect to genome-wide
    prediction
  • Model performance via cross-validation
  • Genomic variance partition
